INDIAN RESIDENT  
FOR ALL APPLICANTS:
1.  Allotment letter of the co-operative society/association of apartment owners.
2.  Copy of approved drawings of proposed construction/purchase/extension.
3.  Agreement for sale/sale deed/detailed cost estimate from architect/engineer for        the property to be purchased/constructed/extended/renovated.
4.  If you have been in your present employment/business or profession for less than a year, mention details of occupation for previous 5 years, giving position held, reasons for change and period of the same.
5.  Applicable Processing Fees.
6.  Any other information regarding your repayment capacity that is necessary and will assist paisa.com in appraising the case.

Additionally,
IF YOU ARE SALARIED:
1.   Application Form with photograph.
2.   Identity and Residence Proof
3.   Latest salary slip/salary certificate showing all deductions.
4.   Form 16
5.   If your job is transferable, permanent address where correspondence relating to
      the application can be mailed.
6.   Last 6 months bank statements
7.   A letter from your employer agreeing to deduct the monthly installment towards
      repayment of the loan from your salary. This will expedite the processing of your
      loan application.
8.   Processing fee cheque
IF YOU ARE SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONALS:
1.   Application form with photograph
2.   Identity and Residence Proof
3.   Education Qualifications Certificate and Proof of business existence
4.   Last 3 years Income Tax returns (self and business)
5.   Last 3 years Profit /Loss and Balance Sheet
6.   Last 6 months bank statements
7.   Processing fee cheque

IF YOU ARE SELF-EMPLOYED BUSINESSMAN:
1.   Application form with photograph
2.   Identity and Residence Proof
3.   Education Qualifications Certificate and Proof of business existence
4.   Business profile
5.   Last 3 years Income Tax returns (self and business)
6.   Last 3 years Profit /Loss and Balance Sheet
7.   Last 6 months bank statements (self and business)
8.   Processing fee cheque

FOR NRI's
1. Personal Documents :
The following documents are to be submitted along with the application:
Application form with photograph

  1. Photocopy of the Employment Contract or Labour Contract and
    English translation countersigned by your employer
  2. Latest salary certificate (in English) specifying the following:
    • Name (as it appears in the passport)
    • Date of joining
    • Passport Number
    • Designation
    • Perquisites and salary
  3. Photocopy of Identity card / Labour card 
  4. Photocopy of latest work permit 
  5. Photocopy of valid resident visa stamped on the passport 
  6. Overseas Bank Account and NRE/NRO statement for the last six months. 
  7. Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC)- if applicable 
  8. Latest Credit Bureau Report [Applicable to customers residing  in countries where Credit Bureaus exists. eg. USA, UK etc.] 
  9. Property related documents 
  10. Processing fee cheque

2.   Property Related Documents:
a)   Receipts for payments made for purchase of the dwelling unit.
b)   Copy of approved drawings of proposed construction/purchase/extension.
c)   Agreement for sale/sale deed/detailed cost estimate from Architect/Engineer for
      property to be purchased/constructed/extended.
d)   Allotment letter from the co-operative society/association of apartment owners.
